The wrappers are bright and without fading, nicked and chipped to edges; the text is partly unopened and the text-block entirely untrimmed; some finger marking, otherwise an excellent unsophisticated copy of this much reprinted pamphlet in which Burke opposes William Pitt's moves to make peace with the French Directorate.
