Folding tape measure which allows exact distances on foot between locations riveted in place. Browning and light soiling to map, a couple of short tears close to edges of folds but otherwise about very good. Accompanying 48 page pamphlet and visitor's guide present, printed wrappers folded and some discolouration. Early ownership signature on pamphlet cover. Embossed brown boards rubbed at edges and faded with small losses to head and tail of spine.
